For ac we can't take dc value.. and RMS value of ac is equivalent to dc value.

The 1in the numerator represents the period (T) so in this case he is using zero to pi as one period which is pi.

Why cant we integrate it from zero to 2pi. In half wave rectifier average value is 0 to pi because pi to 2 pi is zero.. as he said in previous lecture but here why we are not including pi to 2 pi
