I am about 10-15 pounds away from my goal weight and I am trying to research more on maintenance. Please more videos on maintenance and how to figure out maintenance calories (I know everyone is different) I just don’t know where to start. I am currently following the low carb calorie deficit approach. Thanks for your motivating videos.

Use a TDEE calculator online. It tells you how many calories you use going about your daily activities. That’s your maintenance level. :)

Hi Nicole! I love your videos. Like you, I lost alot of weight. I was my heaviest at 189 when I was 15 yrs old. I started my weight loss journey at that time and currently weigh 110. 3 yrs ago I was diagnosed with SIBO and as a result gained 15 lbs and acquired so many food Sensitivities. I lost the weight as I healed and currently SIBO FREE ! Unfortunately, I still can't eat so many of the foods you do which I love. I've always been a veggie and protein kind of gal. Now mostly meat heavy with few veggies a few nights a week. I'm focusing more on body recomposition so I have been lifting more. I'm loving your workouts as they give me ideas and inspiration. Thank you!!!

Omg, I just got me some from there!! I wanted to try them and just walked by GNC on my way to Bath and Body Works and I saw the sign. I got one of every flavor bar , the Cosmic Stardust, Mimosa and Tropsicle(sp) energy drinks. Will try more later but they were pretty expensive there

I had a huge weekend and back in the days I’d have crashed cause I ate a bit too much but it was my husbands family reunion I didn’t want to not eat the food.
