Glad you didn't listen to the jeepers. They think the only way to run a trail is a jeep. Ran Hells Revenge and Hells Gate in a 99 F-150 I built up myself. This summer we did Black Bear Pass into Telluride. Great Job !!

They were aired down to 25psi from 65psi, truck is 8,000 lbs;)

MORR lowers to about 10 psi on trails. What kills tires is low inflation at speed which generates heat. Driving slow you won't hurt your tires from low inflation. You increase the contact area considerably.

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!!!! That's one trail I haven't taken my Ram on......yet. Should be fine, but I don't have as easy a time off loading my camper. I need to work on that. But, both my Jeeps, my 89 Chevy short bed, and my AMC Eagle have done Hells. I did "Baby Lionsback" with the camper on though.....hehehe. You did awesome and smart....picking good lines. How handy too, to have sand flats 2 minutes up the road to spend the night after that long day. Fun vid.....I was a smilin' all the way thru !

Right now I'm giving the truck a front end refresh. At 150K with lots of hard off road camper miles, time to take care of the worn front end a bit. Preventative new wheel bearings, outer axle u-joints, and the smoked ball joints being updated with Carli Lifetime ball joints. Steering linkage surprisingly still in good condition. New 37x11.50's in September. She'll be ready for winter missions soon. Peace! Happy Solstice, Merry X, and Happy NY !
