Fullstack CRUD App: React with Vite

At the August 15, 2024 Coding with Callie meet-up, we did some live coding! We continued working on a fullstack library application.
In this session, we set up a React frontend using Vite. We added an axios request to our API for the list of all books in our library and displayed their information with React components.
We learned about the useState and useEffect hooks and mapped over an array of books.
We'll continue working on this application every other week during the Coding with Callie meet-up!
