The way of presentation is to be appreciated, and it's very helpful video. There's a mistake in this video though. When i mark the attendence for September month the same is being updated to every month automatically.(in the same column despite of holidays) And when i tried to change the attendence for other months it's effecting the whole data. How can it be resolved? Is there ny additional formula to be applied for that? Plzz respond as soon as possible

How to apply data validation 1st from the 2nd sheet :- • Open a new sheet (1st sheet) •then selected the work data (column wise/ row wise) •then go to the formula tabe •then click on the defined name option ( Be side of Function Library) •then write a specific name •then click the ok button •then enter 2nd Sheet •then click on the Data tab •then go to the Data Validation Option •then click on any value to list option •then see the source list •then write the = a specific name ( written on 1st sheet Formula tab defined name option) •then click on the ok button •then you will see the drop down list shown of the selected cell on the 2nd sheet. *** Its method is applicable of the 2007 version Excel.
