I was watching many videos on KZbin including your videos sir.I was planning and doing practice nearly daily on my laptop to make use of the automated students attendance sheet in my Government Primary School Randhawa and Sassi Brahmna of Patiala Punjab. Hi Deepak, This is almost the same sheet just like your previous videos.Only addition you have given is hyperlinks,which actually is not required & make no sense as all the months are just a click of tabs. Help us understand the automatic sheet with the help of list down using data validation of months, which changes the date and week days automatically and we don't get the first sheet which is saved initially& reflects the same under all months when we change the month, instead when use list down option of months and update data (P or L) get saved for that particular month only and data shouldn't reflect the same in other months until we key in manually. This type of sheet would be magnificent instead of using multiple tabs and keeping the sheet large. I would like to appreciate the excellent knowledge you have on excel and the way you teach/explain. 🙏

What if I have only 1 presence day, then formula shows " number of payable days 5 and also shows incorrect inhand salary." I think we still need to add more criteria to calculate number of payable days....by the way it is good presentation...thanks

Hi Deepak ji thanks for your hardware But pls explain some doubts 1. If we put only one present than it will count with Sunday which is wrong 2. In salary calculation it's counting full HRA and PF also with Sunday

Hello @Deepak, The way of explaining is very good and a lot of effort has been done. I appreciate your hard work. But in the case of salary, the standard days which are counted would be 30. And if the salary is made according to the days of each month as you show in this video, then it will be less and more every month in case there is a holiday deduction
