Fully Automatic CZ Purlin Roll Forming Machine for 4mm/ 400mm Purlins

The machine tested in the video is our NTK-CZ-400A fully automatic CZ purlin roll forming machine which designs for maximum 4mm thick steel coils and maximum 400mm purlin width. Its consists of uncoiler, pre-sheaer, main roll forming machine, 8 sets punches, cutter, auto-flip table, etc.
The purlin size change and C Z interchange on this machine both are controlled by PLC and operated through HMI, fully automatic.
The final product made by above roll forming machine can be used for solar support, PEB project, steel buildings, etc.
