#1 at spotting mistakes no other videos mention lol. My mind is literally blown leaning on your arm limits pronation range of motion so much. Brad's are just extremely intelligent people it seems.

Love the simplified biomechanical explanations. Thanks

Thanks Brad!! Curious, would you only implement the towel on a pronation lift ONCE the elbow flexor becomes the limiting factor? Or would you always do this and just use less weight?

Much appreciated advice! This is the first time in a long time I've found training advice that taught me things I didn't know about the body's mechanics! Like leaning on the arm shutting down the ability to fully pronate.. I had no idea! I also was doing pronation exercises starting from the supinated position.. I thought the greater range of motion would be better, but you're right about it not teaching you to engage from the neutral wrist position, and basically training to pronate from a bad one. On another note. When will we see you back at East vs West??

i was looking at some of alizhans recent matches. he seems to have his shoulder forward and elbow at the front of the pad. explodes forward while cupping. are u talking about his older technique? not to argue just wondering. appreciate the helpful content though!! :)

@@DefineStrength Your spot on with alizhans placement, however he brings his body forward so that his elbow isn't too far away, then immediately turns after the go so that his separation goes from away from his front to away from his side and in line with his torso. when you arm is separated to your side rather than in front of you, you can apply side much more freely which is what he does

I disagree, bands are great for pronation training
