This is a really cool company. I remember talking to them a while back, early in their path. The insight I found fascinating is that three different parties typically build the controls, engines, and hulls. That makes integration (like the demo turning in place) really hard. Companies like Navier can do better.

You must know that Asian waterways are full of hydrofoil water taxis and if you choose that direction you'll need much bigger boats.

It is hard for me to understand the technology because the lift force to keep the boat elevated has to come from the shape of the boat - an airfoil - and the three feet which touch the water. The shape of the boat doesn't look like an airfoil so the entire lift must come from the three feet. Seems impossible but the size of the feet aren't shown. I guess it is similar to water skiing - small board supports the person.
