Hi Tanya, Thanks for your help. I needed to get a new cube my older one was version one just stopped working. The new cube Version 3 has the “developer” section was hidden but thanks to you, I found it! The nice thing is that it now comes with a USB port now. My only complaint is that “Popcorn” is not working but with your help I got other apps that do work great so I got my TV up and running very fast. Thanks again!

Hello, I upgraded from the original Firestick to the latest 1 today 11/15/2022 and the developer options wasn't there so I used the about technique you stated and it worked no problem. I bought the regular 1080P HD firestick.

Hello, Tayna thanks for another great video the developer options was missing when I bought my fire cube 2nd generation I remember you had a video telling us to click on about and the name of the device we got seven times until we get that message after that I was able to download apks from the downloader app. Thanks again your videos really help us a lot please keep the content coming. 🤗😍

Love your work !! - just got the 3rd gen cube and I am curious about the USB port - can it be used to view media on a flash drive or is it only for expanding storage ? I would love a discussion about the capabilities of this new port - thanks in advance !!

Yes. I do not yet have a new Fire Cube, but it should work the same as attaching a USB drive to any Fire TV. So long as it is formatted correctly, you should be able to view files on it using file explorer apps or VLC Player, for example if it is media files you are sharing.

I love watching your videos. You seem to know a lot more than most people on KZbin. I’ve got a question about the 4K max stick I bought. It 🎉has OS 6 on it and everything I read says it should have al OS7. Any idea how to update the fire stick to OS 7? When I hit the update button it just updates OS 6, nothing about OS 7. My goal is to add external storage which your videos explain, but I would like all downloads to go to the external automatically. Do you have any videos that can help me out in this area?

If you have Fire OS 6, it is not possible for it to be a Fire TV Stick 4K Max. It must be a Firestick 4K. You can add storage to a Firestick 4K by following this video - kzbin.info/www/bejne/inLcYomKlq-eaNE

Hi Tanya. First off thank you for all your clips over the years. I have a 4k fore stick and developer options wasn’t hidden when I first jail broke it last year. But I yesterday I had to restore the fire stick to factory settings and the developer options was hidden. Guessing it’s a software update that causes it.

Hi Tanya, I have the 4K Max and used ADB commands sm partition disk:8,0 mixed 80 on a 2 TB USB inserted in a powered USB hub. ES sees the external as 1.4GB. so, I assume that the 600GB should have been assigned was internal storage. However, when I go to Managed Installed Applications, I see nothing installed on USB. Really confused..if you have any idea, kindly enlighten and thank you
