Of course I've done this before so everything was off. But it is good to go back once in a while to make sure that Amazon hasn't changed any of your settings. I do enjoy your videos, but most of all your website that has an outstanding amount of add-ons to the fire stick. I have many Amazon devices throughout my house and one of the things that I've integrated when they first came out was the ringdoor bell and the blink cameras, smart bulbs and smart switches which works great with Alexa and all my Amazon devices that I have. The AI experience is great to set up timers for lights reminders routines, it's basically hands free environment. Maybe you should do a video on how to setup a hands free environment with the FireTv products 🙂

Great video and sounded like just what I needed. BUT after buying all the items and downloading the apps needed. I found out that all my usb drives and 2tb sd drive are formatted in ntfs which won’t work. I think it said it needed to be fat32 which isn’t much use for 30gb films. Or have I missed something. Good video thanks tanya tbh I'm slowly getting rid of amazon I'm just sick of them period never satisfied i've just bought a chromecast with google tv and to say I'm pleased with it is an understatement got rid of most of the little bloatware that's on it added extra storage and hard wired it and it's ace regular updates and don't have to read all the dross that amazon throw at us I really with now that people would just stop buying there products and they would realise what a good thing they have/had

I have not seen this, sorry. I suggest a power cycle. Remove power from the Firestick for 30 seconds. Could you power back up and check if the problem continues?

Hi I use my firestick via Wi-Fi not hard wired every time I go back on it , say next day it’s says no Wi-Fi but when I check on firestick it says connected 🤔 I unplug my stick and back in again it’s fine . I’ve tried redoing my password in firestick still the same. Any ideas would help thanks Bill.

You may find that a hard reboot of your router will help. Unplug your router from the power for at least 30 seconds. Plug it back in and then restart your Firestick. If this does not work, please report the problem to Amazon as it may be a fault with your Firestick.
