My husband is in the same position where a medication he takes makes him immunosuppressed. He hasn't been to work since March as having to Shield (it's called Shielding here in the UK which is basically staying in isolation if your immune system is suppressed somehow). Shielding stops here on the 1st of August so the shielders will be returning to society then. I've got Bipolar and can't work so this whole thing has just been so hard for me as I've had to be so careful too because of hubby. I've been climbing the walls. Our families aren't particularly supportive either so it has been so so hard. I could go on but don't want to get you more depressed lol. Depression is so hard at the best of times but this has been even harder but glad you feel a little better. Fingers crossed this is all over and done with soon. Take care.

TOTALLY APPRECIATE YOUR OPEN-HEARTED HONESTY.❤ You and me both my friend. It's difficult enough for those people that don't suffer with depression and anxiety, but when you do - it was bound to be a recipe for trouble in my world. It has left many of us feeling totally alone, totally isolated and absolutely overwhelmed. Reintegrating into society is scary and I've been taking it one day at a time like yourself. Sending much love from Canada and glad that you're feeling better! ❤ All we can do is one moment at a time. Try not to push yourself past anything more than that!! Glad you're feeling better! Thank you for this decadent bowl of comfort as well!!! 🥰 😘 🇨🇦

Agreed, from Edmonton, AB Canada!!! 💋 YUP!!! I want to 'connect/challenge' him to do 'better' based on Food Bank donations. He is really close right now...but I think I can do better...but let's wait and see, shall we? (He will probably win the 'challenge!) Just let me get my You Tube channel up, and I will 'greatfully' let him kick my 'pato-tie' to the curb!!! 👏👏

To: JL Thanks for the 'feed-back' from reading my post. When you 'post' you never know if anyone gonna read it or respond. Thank you for doing so, and the comments you made are reaching my heart today. The "You Tube" channel called "From the Park Bench" is still a work in progress, 'bout "RAGS TO RICHES"...what it takes... On my website (not 'published' yet) I have a 'READ' tab, with Amazon book titles like, "WHEN ALL YOU HAVE IS HOPE", written by a formerly 'homeless drunk', that turned out to be Frank O'Dea, the "CO-FOUNDER", of what we call "SECOND CUP" coffee chain. I have another book called, "I FORGOT TO DIE", a book about a heroin addict who quit, then went on to be a 'millionare' in California. See? It can be done!!! "We have the technology..." (old TV show called the "Six Million Dollar Man") "...we can get this done!!!" Be well Stay safe ...and thanks for commenting on my post...that I thought no one would ever (read/respond) to!

Frederique Zug That’t true . I grew up on a farm, just about all we had to eat is what we raise in our garden. When we weren’t in the fields working, would help other people to make extra money and my mama would pick the hots days to pick black berries to can but they sure was good in the winter time in a pie or just eat them with mama’s hot biscuits. Those onions does make everything taste better.😊 Thank for saying that we are not alone. I feel I am some times , our county is full of so much hate, cities are being tore down and one race is not doing this, I watch it sometimes and it all races involved. I don’t understand we all are the same , it’s just the skin color and that doesn’t matter, under the skin there’s no difference. God bless you for saying that.

As mentioned by another viewer below, as a "seasoned citizen" who does love to cook, but most recipes are for families, etc, these one pots are great. My go to must to add to this great recipe when I try it tomorrow would be chopped scallions/tops. Mix the chopped scallions with potatoes before layering,, then add some chopped green stalks over the top right after removing from oven. Take care of yourself. First I have ever seen or heard of you as some others have said, but glad I did, and am subscribing. And like a lot of us you may be physically alone......but with 925k +1 subscribers, you are most DEFINITELY not on your own. Stay strong.
