Such a great interview. I am so thankfull that you talked about the time after being recovered. It feels so near and I am looking forward to be healthy. But it is also scary. There are so many challenges waiting. So many things I put on hold. It is overwhelming.

Thank you Felicity and Toby... this story relates to me so much. I am so much older than Felicity, and a CFS sufferer for over 30 years... I think I am still bad at finding my baseline and therefore now realise I am learning to manage my illness. I need to stop labelling myself with CFS... you have helped me open my eyes. I so need to break away from this illness identity. Bless you x

Thank you so much for all the videos. I heard a lot of recovery stories but it’s not clear how in the middle stage stage of recovery someone who has some signs of fatigue but are able to fonction goes to this from fatigue free. I don’t fully understand the process. Do you think ot could be an interesting subject for a video ✌️🤩
