Can I ask a question Toby I got my sleep perfect and felt okay to exercise a bit harder, I felt totally fine doing it, but I didn’t sleep good that following night, does it still matter that you sleep well after doing an activity?

Very recogmizable also for long covid. Love to read about this.. Figured out step 1 after the first year by myself amd stopped pushimg amd crashing. Now about 2 months on in stage 2. Find it difficult to find a good way to pull but not to hard especially the increase in working hours Try to increase about 30 minutes 2 or 3 days a week and maintain for about 3 or 4 weeks. My boss finds it slow but my seness tell me the opposite.. maybe to faat? I am tired at the end but do not crash. I do find it difficult to talk at the end of the day. Feels on the edge. Currently working 8 hours across three days as a psychollogist. What is your experience? How to increae work, miss that topic online. Or do you consider this stage 3 and am i doing this too early? Is necesaary though for job maintenance. The exercise topic was also helpful. Thank you!

Thank God you guys are out there doing what you are doing 🙏 I have craved and needed movement my whole life, if I didn’t have a plan or program of movement through my days, I’d be joining your program right now. Structured Movement is the only way to progress from this crazy condition, with the right prescription and the right prescription is the Key 🙏

I once had a terrible experience at physical therapy. A 20 year old assistant insisted that I, 67 years old, must do planks in order to strengthen my core. I’ve never done planks, even at 20 years old, and I’m in pretty constant pain. It’s like they never even looked at my chart. When I tell people that I have cronic fatigue syndrome, well, you know what happens.

I feel even worse. My mom's funeral was 2 days ago. I feel so exhausted and still have to get a Christmas tree and shop for Christmas. I have some shopping done, thank God, but want to make Christmas for my family still. I'm focusing on not having things perfect (especially since we are still renovating half our house from a flood 1.5 years ago. Just some Christmas, hopefully next year I will feel much better. I was up to 2 minutes on the trampoline. I'm going to start back at 30 seconds today. It might help me feel better. Doing the tree, shopping, and wrapping, I will try to have the mindset of I love this time of year and these are enjoyable activities with the family. Thank you for your videos.

I think you need to give yourself a break and breathe. I would advise maybe a short gentle walk or sitting in nature. Rather than bouncing on a trampoline..especially as your still in the throes of grief..which can massively impact our fatigue levels..

Nicotine patches fixed my eye sight in three days. I had double vision for many months and instability of focus. That's all fixed. Quarter patch per day. Other benefits not sure about but dreams are very vivid. I don't smoke and I am not addicted. Dr. Brian Ardis explains how powerful the nicotine molecule is.

Hello, I’ve gone through the history of your videos looking for one that might talk about symptoms but was not able to find anything.. would it be possible do do an update on the type of symptoms that fall under this condition? I’m pretty sure I have CFS following covid infection but just trying to convince myself I guess if that makes sense. Anyway love your Chanel and content

Had the same, long Covid clinic recommended taking one long acting anti histamine every night for at least two weeks then every other night until feel better as it calms down the cykoteine storm (inflammation) I personally feel CFS is very similar to mitochondria disease, which the NHS recommends treating with Ubiquinol (more absorbable version of Co enzyme Q10), I can personally vouch for it being amazing. Also the more you exercise, the more mitochondria you make - so the more energy you have. 💜

What about using D Ribose to help with energy since it helps with the production of ATP? if ATP is low because of insufficient Ribose production then how can one exercise effectively? I had to drag the bathroom hamper out to the kitchen today and I was pretty much done for the day besides grabbing a couple of snacks.

I just ran across your video. Excellent information! I started dealing with advanced adrenal fatigue about six years ago. What a beast! Mentally and physically! I found a legitimate program and was coached for two years along with many supplements. I have to say so much of that got me through the darkest times. But then about three months ago, I chose to discontinue my coaching because I had this deep conviction that I had to take my identity back! I no longer wanted to be an advanced adrenal fatigue sufferer and have that label! I know that people thought I was not wise, but I knew deep inside that I had to take the reins of my life back! I have continued to use wisdom every day and I have felt pretty bad most of the time with extreme fatigue, but I am confident that this was the right decision for me and I have seen some very positive results. Sometimes it takes trusting your own wisdom to really recover! People who have not experienced this could never really understand even though some people try to understand. But it is a very isolating situation and it is something you don’t ever want to walk-through again once you see recovery coming close! The only reward is that we do gain wisdom and we do learn what really matters and we gain boldness that we didn’t have before because we were always worried about not being available to people and worried about hurting someone’s feelings. Sending encouragement and love to everyone! You will get there and you will feel like yourself again! 💖
