Building is owned by The Council now, as previous owners went into liquidation in around 95/96. No waste company would want to clear the site and coucil can't afford to. Great Drone footage!

Found another building, but much larger in floor area but not in height. However it's in use nearby two streets away in same architectural roof design I won't mention name to stop further vandalism Hope this derelict building is emptied and repaired. It has unique post WWII modern styling. It has unique office building attached other lacks style.

11:05 That stuff is being sold in the Netherlands (like hardware store Hornbach). The text on it is Dutch, it says Acrylic, Color (or colour) lacquer, olive, transparant for inside (=voor binnen). I had already commented on your first vid, so the comment was removed.

One of the best just shows how we waste so much crap,or buy crap or times move on stuff gets cheaper reminds me of rainbow a shop in Seaton and Honiton that used to sell this sort of crap but he sold up when we started to buy off the internet as no money to be made with rent rates est. I walk past the 3 Rottweilers every few days and they look well cared for but I worry about who they belong to and if they’re okay 😂 scary as they are. They look shiny and well fed but it’s a bomb site in there. It’s quite hard to find more information on them or who’s staying in it

Great drone operation, must be easy to prang it inside a building like that. Phenomenal location , posed more Q s than A s though. And the FLT starting up - amazing ! Didn't see him do his pre-use checks properly though 🙂 How come the starter-motor battery had charge !!?? Can't have been used *that* long ago. As well as all the pallets of crap & semi-crap, place was being used as a semi-bin for office & building clearances I think. "Filled the aisles to prevent people walking around" - nah - just backing as many pallet-loads of crap as possible into the space available

1st of all, your drone control is amazing. But what a waste of a lot of decent stock & Furniture(at one stage) although i'm sure that fork truck would still be worth a few quid with a bit of maintenance. a few of my mates done this place last year for an explore, found out a month or so later the reason it all be left is due to the owner being jailed for a very long time due to being caught importing large amounts of drug's clearly the police weren't aware of this hoard as it is likely it wouldn't all still be there

that place is nuts! does look like the owner has either done a runner or been jailed or some such as there is a significant value of saleable stock remaining there once cleaned up. oh MATT editing fail dude there is a good few minutes of "dead air" at the end followed by a drone sequence with no sound that you had already used!
