This is a hack I’ve been using for years. I even made that ties around the neck for those backless dresses tying around the neck as well as using jewel straps going across the back when wearing a dress with thin straps dripping across the back. Listen I just tried this took an old bra and I can sew. I put it on and my breast are a JJ so I absolutely didn't need the tape I am secure and high without it.
