I don't swatch my materials cuz i think its wasteful of expensive supplies. Making a piece of artwork with them like the stained glass is a more fun way to do so. Thank you for the idea.

Have you ever tried using a coloring book or coloring pages for swatching? There are some free ones out there that work great and you can print onto whatever type of paper you want to use. Thanks for the video!

@@lozantoninocreations They are a little easier to control compared to Posca pens, but they’re still weird to me. I could see myself using them with colored pencils or maybe with acrylics. They’re more of a handy tool than a replacement. I love the sketchbook though!

"Everything can't be purple"? Disagree. But I did love all the colorful ideas. You helped me acclimate to gouache and, while I still don't love it, I love my bookshelf swatches and learned a lot. Keep the videos coming 😊
