This looks like a lot of fun. When cutting with the circle tool you have to think radius half the diameter of the circle. The drawing tool is a compass.

I did not know for sure what word you used for the circle making drafting tool. In Dutch, Kumpas -- In English, Compass. Hope that helps if you need it again. Great video. You are very creative.
