Wonderful bright cards! My favorite is the watering can though the mushroom one is close. I do also really like your Artsy Fartsy tree. 😁 My favorite dog breeds are German Shepherd, any of the Labs, and Malamutes. Yes, I prefer the bigger breeds.

I love the terrarium card! I also really love the shooting flower star artsy fartsy one. 💕 lately my favorite dog breed is corgi since my next door neighbor has two that are very sweet. I didn’t realize the thank you was a stitch card, I’d assumed it was like a marque sign like for an old theater lol!

Hard to pick a favorite dog breed. I tend to go for dogs in the working breed (sheltie, Australian shepherd, lab, golden retriever, etc.), though Papillions hold a special place in my heart. Some neighbors had several & we used to participate in a Walk-A-Thon to raise money for a local no-kill shelter. Their dogs would get tired & we'd take turns carrying them. Maybe one day I'll find one at a shelter. Until then, I'll stick to being the neighborhood crazy cat lady (I once took on the fostering of 12 4-week-old kittens by myself 😳).

It's wonderful that you have a soft spot for working breeds and Papillions, and that you've had the opportunity to interact with them through your neighborhood's Walk-A-Thon. Loved all of your cards. I have such a hard time picking colors that goes together. I got a color wheel and it has gotten better. I do have a question for you, on your very first card "Birthday Wishes", I noticed you have 3 layers: your base card (black), white, and then your background. I am assuming the black is a 4.25 x 5.50, would you please share the measurements for the other layers? I always mess these up at the end they are too short or too long 😑I am obsessed with Vicky's Tunnel Scapes, they are so easy and straight forward to make. I should receive my Caboodle today over the mail so it is going to be a long weekend of crafting cards. Thank you for all your tips and tricks, I appreciate them.

I'm thrilled you loved the cards and are having fun with your new color wheel! I'd be happy to help you with the measurements. Following layer sizes: the base card is indeed 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inches, the next layer is 4 x 5 1/4 inches. Basically to keep the size even I cut off a quarter of an inch off two sides. As you scale down you just keep taking a quarter of an inch off. Keep in mind that these measurements can vary depending on the specific die-cut shape and design, but this should give you a general idea. Enjoy your Caboodle and happy crafting!
