I love eating Soon Kueh. So instead of buying, I had some fun making them with my mum.
Below are some information of the ingredients used.
Making Skin:

300g Wheat Starch
100g Tapioca Starch
1 Tsp Salt
550ml Boiling Water
Making Fillings:
2 Turnip
Carrot (a little as you wish)
Black Fungus (a little as you wish)
Mushrooms (a little as you wish)
Seasoning:
White pepper
Dried Shrimp
Garlic
Oil
Sesame Oil
Chicken Cube
Light Soy Sauce
Fish sauce
