Great video Mark. That’s a great price for that type of remodel. I know 2 Rivers well and the boat slips are only like $100 bucks a year if you live there..

Thanks for commenting CJ, Two Rivers MHP actually has lot rent under the Manatee County lot rent average. Although it is not the cheapest in town it certainly provides all residents a great bang for their buck!
