You need magnesium, you can buy it as a spray, spray you feet before bed, or you can buy it in pill form, you can even take potassium with it, as long as you are not on any heart meds

Fun to watch! I am in NYC and it warmed all the way up to 43 today so I got such nostalgia watching people hanging out outside. Those Brachychitons are gorgeous. Thanks for the video and glad to see you and yours are fine. Watching the LA wildfires made me cry like a baby. Keep on showing us the beautiful side of Cali.
