@denobcn21 If you're talking about the decapitation cutscene in the video you have to unlock the perk under the One-Handed skill called Savage Strike which requires level 50 and the Fighting Stance perk.

@GohanFromDBZ When you create a new game it simply adds another save to the ones you already have. So you can still switch between your new game and your old one. But be careful, a reported glitch causes new game saves to save over the last save you made.

I have a old 2008 computer that I bought for $400 (new) all I did was upgrade my ram ($10) and buy a graphic card from best buy ($40). After some tweaking and a ton of mods. I am running everything at high graphics with super smooth game play. You just gotta make sure you have good specs. No need to constantly upgrade. Just get some good cheap parts.

There are a bunch of "lore" friendly mods. You should probably use the word "lore" as a filter. You will like the results.
