Yes, definately... my favorite beach was Monument Beach yes two beaches in the village of Monument beach in Bourne where I grew up...only thing is nowadays you need a parking permit... to keep most of the tourists away!...:)

I'm from Long Island but felt a different sense of longer to live on Cape Cod. People and way of life is much different than LI.
