With the wireless channel, you could hook up the transmitter to a shotgun mic. That way you could have wirelessly boomed audio.

Do you know if the wireless option will work with the DJI microphone set that basically took the rode set and made them better? I have them and wonder if they will work as well

Is it possible to switch off mic monitoring with a headset connected? Because the slight delay between mic and the headset is quite distracting (using NTH-100M). Also it's a shame that you can't connect a USB mic/AI-Micro (unless the manual is lacking this information when it comes to the USB 2 port)

Man, people use this divide and underestimate it by just using it for a DANG CAMERA, OH MY LORD. You can use this for a pod cast and just a camera. I am buying this for my Series X capture card. I use three switches, one for switch and one for wii, with a hdmi switch, and hooked up to my Elgato HD 60 Pro 1080p card. and my HD 60 Pro 4K mk.2 used on my 1440p gaming PC; thus, I use an Aver Media Live Gamer Portable 2 Plus 4K for my switch hand with you. The streamer X would be for my webcamera and my series X, and for dual PC soon, I dont need to use my 4K capture card from Elgato.

Hey, great vid! When it says it has 2 USB C ports and the ability to connect to 2 computers, does it also cover the situation where I would plug XLR mic and Mirrorless camera in, and have BOTH USB Cs going out? One to my MacBook Pro, and one to my Windows Desktop PC? I would never need those two at the same time. MacBook is used for work (I need good quality video and audio), while Windows machine is used for gaming / streaming. You would greatly help me if you gave me the answer to this! Cheers :)

I had issues with the wireless go2 was limited to 12 db. This was at launch tho haven't checked for a new update. You sound good tho

How are you keeping track of what each smart pad does? With no screen like the rodecasters using more than 1 page is going to be difficult isn't it?

Lots of streamer x devices have been shown static/hiss noise when using the headphone input on the device. It is very faint but for 400 it is a disappointment. Seems to be there on most devices. Hope firmware can fix it

Need to make sure you are using a USB 3.0 cable...into a USB 3.0 port minimum

They are the same options as any other mic. You control processing through Rode Central! Good to know the wireless option will be used though!
