Hi over25! A therapist here and I thought I would answer that last question of what to replace the intrusive thoughts with 😄. Answer with what the facts are or counter the negative thought with an alternative positive approach. For example "what if I fail?" - Fact: "I won't know if I don't do it" , or "I have not done this before so there is no proof that I will fail". Or an alternative approach to that would be "what if I succeed?" Another way to approach it is to ask yourself what your biggest fear is if that intrusive thought actually happens. Same example - what if I fail? - ask yourself "what's the worst thing that would happen if I fail?" I hope that helps.

Why are some comments triggered by Ivy’s clarity of what she wants? Some people simply know what they want out of life and are bold and unapologetic about it. It’s crazy how I relate so much to Jule’s personality and preferences. I think it’s a thing with Pisces and cancers 😂. I’m more of a grey person than ,’black and white’, unlike Ivy.
