I feel kinda bad... I used to share that practice space with Ringo Deathstarr and a few other bands. A hardcore band got all pissy 'cause the guitarist spent so much time dorking with guitar pedals and experimenting, so they kicked them out. RD was probably better than the other bands in the space.
