@@itskacey8444 well in my experience, 90% of the player base sucks at pvp and relies of numbers anyway. If they don’t have a big clan, they don’t even fight. Clan sizes and hanging bases are the most broken thing in the game.

You seemed to deal with it just fine. Maybe its different on PC servers but the lag on xbox servers means that removing autolock makes everything suck not just daggers. The thing that needs to be removed is the goomba stomp. Nobody likes it. They also need to increase the cooldown for spawning in after death. Im sick of goobers coming outside naked with daggers. Im not saying its overpowered. It isnt. Players who do that stupid shit always have vaults full of gear and think that theyre accomplishing something by doing that when in reality theyre just wasting peoples time and pissing everyone off. They need to do something with the 2 handed hammer too and bring it closer to the axe.

Daggers r super easy to counter 1h swords counters 1h mazes counters 1h war axes 2h great axe Shields Katanas Throwing axes for crippling so they can’t run around you You just gotta time your hits and use the hyper armor of the weapons Daggers have no hyper armor unless is going against an other dagger and make sure you don’t run out of stamina coz that’s when daggers really shine

Target lock is a big factor but even without it daggers are in a disgusting state. Daggers of Dagon really shouldn't cripple on lights, should cost more stamina, or both. The cripple is enough that a skilled player will be able to guarantee all future hits after landing the first, and if you try to roll away then your opponent can follow easily and will always have more stamina than you because their attacks cost almost nothing. And don't even get me started on harpy weapons. A 90% cripple with infinite uptime. Get hit once and it's over, you may as well get up and do something else.

@Zokolol Katana was that weapon, and bow is the strongest weapon in the game. Sadly, Katana is no longer as rewarding as it was, but considering agility has had 3/4 OP weapons in recent months, I'd say they are far more than just comparable to strength.

If you play on PVP servers with Q lock enabled like I do, it's obvious that daggers benefit massively where other weapons are generally hindered by its use. Without Q lock I think daggers actually require skill to use, and my next video will hopefully demonstrate this, but Dagon and Harpy daggers are still overpowered due to their ability to stack cripple on every hit, not just as part of a heavy attack combo like other weapons.

I disagree. 2 equally skilled players, one with Q-lock daggers, and one with strength, I'd bet on daggers. To beat daggers, you need to be at least equally skilled with daggers to counflip the fight or more skilled overall with strength weapons. This is not the case when Q lock is disabled. With Q lock disabled daggers require much greater skill.

@@itskacey8444 using daggers comes with a huge disadvantage you rely on movement and maintaining stamina Katanas is also an agility weapon with a high attack rate and high damage output as well as a huge stamina decrease while using them a sword and board player has the luxury of a defensive stance and can block attacks pretty proficiently so I would say the game is very well balanced in that sense I personally enjoy the challenge of using daggers because it puts you on your toes do I feel the need to call for nerfs? No because for one it’s not game breaking

Daggers aren't even remotely close to op. They got hardcore nerfed in comparison to how dumb they used to be. Especially their effectiveness in things like poison or bleed. Used to melt bosses with a set of poison my thrall rocking daggons. Just watched them literally melt. Now. I mean you're still in for a good fight. Unlike say a few years back or even four years back. Absolutely year one. They were just so dumb lol. But now. Nah. They're just cheesey. But you can absolutely counter it. Through use and facing opponents with them. You learn the moveset. You learn openings. Which once you get some more practice. You'll utilize in PvP encounters not just PvE ones. So don't think you're bad. You're still learning. And a master has failed more times than a novice has yet to even try.

Bows are the most overpowered weapon in the game, and then they just got buffed with the new Ranger armour. So no, we haven't nerfed bows, and horses also received a buffs recently and are really strong again. The nerfs I'm asking for don't affect PVE in any capacity because PVEers don't use Dagon Daggers, and removing Q lock should only be for PVP servers.
