Functional Dry Needling Demonstration

I had this done in same area of my shoulder done today by different therapist. like this lady said, it is a little uncomfortable, but it is not painful or intolerable. you will feel your muscle jump when they hit the "trigger point ". This is a good thing though. I didn't even feel the needle though, and that was what I was scared of. lol. I can tell you that you will be sore afterwards!! put ice on it and you should be fine. I just got it done a couple hours ago so I can't tell you how it feels long term yet. I have frozen shoulder, and I was able to get my arm higher after this though. :)

Laura Gallaugher Laura, I have been studying dry needling for a while. I want a permanent solution for my pain. You said that my muscles will jump? Can you explain more about it and what I can be expected from this.
