After blowing out in the 2nd set of my match having 'no legs' left ,i need to get back to being a little more specific with my training. It wasnt a nice feeling though it was 36° degrees and i had done 4hours coaching before hand, i cant remember ever being so spent..im 43 and do need to realise that is a factor but this video has re kindled my old training methods...lovely video demo.

Gotta ground the heels on those KB swings. The hips need to initiate the med ball throws. Resistance should come from the inside out. Using the bungee around the waist while throwing will add resistance to the hip rotation

First time I hear about that system. There isn t a lot of stuff about it on internet. I ve read some author article and I mainly agree with his tennis conditioning observation...

Some good exercises here, just think technique can be improved a bit. Especially on the crouch under the bar posture needs improvement

Pretty complete circuit. Thumbs up. In addition to weight training do your athletes run for endurance ?

Not into gym so what would be the first thing to do? Im training tennis for the first time with an experience recreational/club player. But my physical strength not enough because I feel very weak. Like for first, 3-5 mins warmup for wrist? or knees? then for exercise, dumbell? flat ladder? Can anyone give me routine. T_T What should I do first? I need to train from minimal workout and gradually into hard one over time. How much time do I need to give each time of exercise? And what kind of exercises do I need first? I really want to know how federer moves swiftly and so smooth and effortless. Tnx people.

the best bodyweight compound exercises for tennis are squats and lunges .. Gradually increase squats/day. Start from 80 squats a day divided into 4 sets (20 reps/set) and try to reach 200 squats a day (50 reps/set). Its famous abt Andy Murray that he was obsessed with squats and would start anywhere anytime. Squats give you best foundation for tennis as they build hammstrings, quads, glutes and core. dont forget to do calf raises for a balanced leg and to prevent injuries.

Y'all should just learn to dance and go dance somewhere for a few hours. You'd work the same muscles and have much more fun.
