I am 80 rears old. Started in share market about 30 years ago. Made very good profit on long term investment.But I lost most of it because I handed over most of it to a third party and disgusted and was not taking much interest. ECC full form was Engineering Construction Corporation....... I started my career with ECC in 1985. The HQ is in Chennai.During that time after the name ECC, it used to write under bracket " A Wholly Subsidized Company By Larsen & Toubro Limited". Later early 90's the name of ECC was changed to "Larsen & Toubro Limited (ECCG)". The logo was a Triangle and ECC written inside. Now-a -days the name ECC is vanished. This is just for an information.

They bought Mindtree because L&T Infotech is specialised in infra projects where what Mindtree does is more or less similar to what TCS Infosys does. They were finding it difficult to diversify in such areas so they bought Mindtree so that they can diversify and gain access to Mindtree's talent

One challenge, I am facing is that I am buying stock based on the recommendation financial advisers/Research house and satisfy myself after review . However, I am struck up in some cases when the the stock is not doing well and there is no follow up mechanism about the stock whether to sell or average it. I have few stocks in my portfolio where the loss is more than 50%. I am prepared to pay professional charges if you can review and share your advices whether i can hold, average or sell it. If you are not doing this service you may refer ti some research houses who are doing this service.

Dear Rachna, appreciate your fundamental analysis, I do like to point out that there is a huge concentration risk for the smallcase Smart Cities. There is still no clear plan from the GoI. In that regard, low risk beta is a better smallcase IMHO. I listen to your videos every day while driving to work :)
