​@Series7Guru thanks Dean after that or maybe even before I'll take the series 7. I know someone that works for CBOE and tells me to get the series 7. I really just want the series 65 to become an accredited investor. I would love to get into private equity. But my father is a real estate broker and he wants me to get my brokers license. He's growing old and needs help with his closings etc..... any personal advice for my situation with two kids, lol My goal is to get it all done but I Don't know where to focus. Am thinking real estate since my father's time horizon 🤔. Love your content brother thank you!
