The fundamentals of jiu-jitsu can be broken up into a few key components. The first and perhaps most difficult to master is basic movement because many of the movements used are often not found in other disciplines.
So in this video, you will learn how to do these core jiu-jitsu movements: Shrimp, Forward Roll, and Backward Roll.

Out of everything I teach it always seems like the shrimp is the most esoteric thing for new students to wrap their brains around!! I honestly don't even remember how or when I learned it...but, it still remains the most elusive fundamental to communicate to noobs

I get dizzy after about 5 consecutive rolls and it doesnt go away easy .. should i re consider learning jiu jitsu?

If the shoulder is the first thing to touch the mat or ground you're going to either break your shoulder or dislocated it. I speak from experience. I injured myself many times.
