🐠Fish Tikka Biryani 🧑‍🍳
✨Ingredient’s ✨
🌻For Biryani rice 🍚
✨2 cups basmati rice
✨1 tsp jeera, 4-5 cloves ,4 cardamon,3 masala cardamon ,7-10 black peper (according to preference )
✨Mint leaves , coriander
✨1tbs salt
✨one tbsp oil
✨1ltr water
✨cook 11-12 min Untill rice is 95%
Fish marination ⭐️
✨250gm any boneless fish ( I have used fresh boneless rawas )
✨add one tsp salt
✨half lemon 🍋
✨turmeric ,chilli , fish masala 1 tsp
✨grind -garlic , 1 green chilli, coriander leaves , 5 curry leaves .add 1tbsp of it to the fish marination
✨mix everything well and marinate the fish atlest 10-15 min
(Fry and give coal effect if possible )
🌈For biryani masala
✨2 tbsp of oil
✨2 tomatos 🍅
✨1 tsp garlic paste
✨coriander leaves, mint leave’s
✨1 tsp coriander powder
✨1tsp fish masala
✨1/2 cup coconut 🥥 milk
✨one tsp salt.
