I miss peanut butter cookies. I’m still a teenager and live with my parents and me and my mom made them all the time until an incident involving my brother and peanut butter that lead to us finding out he’s deathly allergic to peanuts. I haven’t had those cookies in a few years and watching this gave me pain but they look super good lol.

I use honey instead of sugar. They'll melt in your mouth. Add 2 teaspoons of honey, or to taste before adding the egg.

You could use biscoff butter. No nuts, and I bet they would be even more delicious. However biscoff butter is already so sweet, I'd go with 2/3 cup of sugar with em instead.

Like, do you feel a sense of disappointment that your longer videos that (I assume) take longer to make don't do nearly as well as these shorts?
