When you're BBQing, make sure you extinguish fire and insulate meat by putting aluminium foil underneath bacon or any meat prone to burn. It will be much better:) Sorry about my English, I am still learning, tho I live in the UK, and it's an awesome country! IMO best way to fight insomnia is to drink half a pint of milk. and meditate for half an hour. Works everytime for me at least

It's not insomnia, Louis. It's coffee, red bull, monster, sleeping pattern choices, etc. THAT pattern = no sleep AND being tired more frequently. I think you need a month gift to your body. No energy drinks (if you're tired, take a nap, even when you feel like you're going to "miss out" on something), limit coffee (I was going to say "no coffee", but let's be realistic), decent "turning in for the night" hours, and eating a bit healthier. Probably do you a world of good.

I have a weird sleeping pattern aswell!! I came back from overseas and been 3 months and STILL I cannot adjust to Australia time I sleep like around 5 am and wake up 2pm it sucks... I cant wait till I get back into work because not having a schedule may be the cause of insomnia!! I hope you get your sleeping pattern back to normal. and switching electronics works once in a while :)

Louis, I don't know if you'll really this, but if you want to improve your sleep situation, one thing you could do is keep the lights low when you're trying to get to sleep- all those lights, and the light from your computer screen are telling your brain it's time to be awake. Keep it dark, and read a book or listen to music to get yourself ready for sleep.

a good way to help with your sleeping patten is to take melatonen tablets (the chemical that sort of controls your sleeping cycle/sleepyness). the only thing is you would need to be consistent for a few weeks with your bed time which i cant really see you doing with your crazy life haha. but if you feel like its really bothering you definitely look into it because they helped me!

Louis, maybe you can't sleep because you drank a red bull or coffee later in the day? Or maybe you're too excited? Exercise, chamomile tea, and making your room cooler usually helps people sleep. You could try reading books if you're up for it too.
