I really appreciate you for the great advise and tips. I have been suffered from fungal acne for two months now. I usually have clean and nice skin, but I suddenly have fungal acne on my face from this summer. I've been very depressed lately because of my skin, but now thanks to you, I know and learned how to get rid of fungal acne on my face. I totally agree that one of the biggest reasons for causing fungal acne is sugar and carbohydrates. I shouldn't take them for a while. By the way, your tone of voice and pronunciation is very clear to hear and easy to understand. English is not my first language, but I could fully understand your explanations . I will watch your videos more often. Thank you so much again. :)

@AglaiaEstheticsTraining9 ай бұрын
The appropriate dosage of caprylic acid can vary depending on factors such as age, weight, overall health, and the specific reason for taking it. However, a common dosage range for caprylic acid supplements is typically between 1,000 to 2,000 milligrams per day, divided into two or three doses.It's important to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase it while monitoring for any adverse reactions. Always follow the dosage instructions provided on the product label or consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice before starting any new supplement regimen. Go watch me it’s something that you need to take attention. Not only what you apply on your skin, but also what you intake. You have to be very careful that you limit the amount of carbs in your diet. That is the key to take care of your skin and also your products have to be very clean and you might want to use Squalene Oil.

It is advisable to wash it. And a moisturizer must be something that has not too many rich ingredients, so I always advise to use squalene oil and a product will not feed the fungus.

@AglaiaEstheticsTraining Жыл бұрын
Hello, did you have a chance to view my full tutorial? In my tutorial I mentioned that if you have fungal acne, you need to eliminate all carbs and sugars for at least six weeks… take good probiotics, drink, lots of water. Eat a lot of of prebiotic foods, such as Keifer, kombucha, sauerkraut, etc. your diet is mainly protein and lots of vegetables and minimum of fruit intake… because they turn into sugar. For your face, spray, your face with water and apple cider vinegar 30% and 70% water. On your chest, you can have a stronger concentration, but never 100% vinegar. As a moisturizer, use squalene oil only! I promise you if you follow these guidelines, you will start seeing results on your face and body within a couple of weeks. Let me know if you have any questions. Maria.

Hello doctor. I went to a dermatologist recently because I finally thought enough was enough (had scalp issues for 14 years) But I never decided to get checked out by a professional because although annoying it was manageable until recently. Along with folicioulitis I had Serrbohric dermatitis on my face which the doctor said made me more prone to conditions like malessezia. So the doctor prescribed ketoconazole shampoo and ketoconazole cream for the dermatitis. The keto cream definitely cleared up the serrbohric dermatitis on my face but the shampoo Is not doing anything to the foliculitis. Do you have any recommendations I’m afraid the longer this goes on the more irreversible it gets. I already get huge scabs that fall off when I shower with hair attached to them mostly I’m really worried. Any advice would be appreciated. My next follow up appointment is in 2 months and I’m not sure how much longer my hair can hold out until then cause for some reason even with this shampoo it feels like it’s getting even worse.

If you start seeing your acne coming back that means that you need to stay off the carbs a little bit longer. Let me know if you have any further questions. Maria

Ma'am how are you? I am from India can you tell me how much time it takes to clear up severe fungal acne from face and body as I diagnosed with fungal acne and doctors gave me anti fungal shampoo. Ma'am can you tell how much time will it take to clear up severe fungal acne 😭😭😭😭😭😭
@AglaiaEstheticsTraining2 жыл бұрын
Hello Pubali…. This type of acne takes a long time, and by putting shampoo on your face it will not do it and by taking antibiotics it will just cause more problems. If you want to wash your face with fungal acne once or twice a week just to keep thinks that is fine but the key part of controlling the fungal acne is through diet. Please look at this tutorial very very very carefully and follow it. You will notice within a month your skin will start clearing up. It will take approximately 3 to 4 months to clear out. Let me know if you have any other questions. Maria

You are very welcome :-) if you have fungal acne, you could also have candida, but not necessarily. However, I would advise you to work with your whole system and deal with your diet and what you’ll notice that if you follow what I am saying in the tutorial, you will notice in an amazing change in the level of energy, and your skin will clear out. You don’t have to go on a keto diet but while you are trying to clear up your skin and your body you need to eliminate or reduce greatly the amount of sugar and carbs in your body. Peanuts have mold, so I would advise you to stay away from peanuts. Coconut oil, it’s an amazing ingredient but again I would stay away from many oils On your skin until the fungal acne is dissipated. Keep in touch, let me know how are you doing, drink lots of water, and you can do this :-)

Would you recommend oral antifungal tablets if you've got an outbreak of folliculitis on the scalp to treat it alongside all of the tips in this video to prevent it from coming back and to assist the healing process? I went to the doctors and they just gave me nizoral, I went back a second time and they've give me a topical steroid which I don't want to take as I'm sure steroids can worsen yeast infections. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as this is taking such a big toll on my mental heath as I know I will be bald in the future and really don't want to be covered in spots on my scalp.

Is fungal acne the same with folliculitis?
@AglaiaEstheticsTraining Жыл бұрын
Very good question: Folliculitis is often caused when hair follicles are infected with bacteria, commonly Staphylococcus aureus (staph). It may also be caused by viruses, fungi, parasites, medications or physical injury. Fungal acne is a common skin condition that occurs when hair follicles become infected with a fungus called Malassezia yeast. The condition is also called Malassezia folliculitis or Pityrosporum folliculitis. Fungal acne causes clusters of small, itchy, red bumps (papules) on your skin. Hope this helps. Maria

Question- I have been using manuka oil for two months now, and I dilute it with either squalene or mct c8 oil. I literally will do just 1-2 drops of the manuka oil. It makes all acne disappear, BUT my eyelids (even though I DON'T put any manuka around my eyelids) for some reason have been getting crazy inflamed/dry/wrinkled since applying manuka oil to my face. And it was not like this before the manuka oil. I completely don't understand why this is the case. Any suggestions? I don't want to stop the manuka oil, since it makes my skin clear, but I don't know how to get my eyelids back to normal.

I would try to be gentler with your skin. So just clean your face with gentle cleanser, and apply squalene oil. When your skin starts to heal up, then you can spray water and up cider vinegar. But the most important thing is that you watch the video and it will explain about what you need to eat. Because you need to take care of your gut by eating proper foods and taking probiotics.

So. I had malassezia and itraconazole helped me a lot. Then I followed the no carb, no sugar diet too. Once back to normal diet my malassezia returned regularly. I use pure caprilic/capric oil to moisturise my skin ( only c8 and c10). The lauric oil is not indicated for fungal acne treatment. Check the label of the oil you purchase. I healed after 6 months but I am still really careful what I eat.

Hi Maria! I have some questions - So I got fungal acne from wearing a mask for covid for 3 years everyday, and been to dermatologists but have perscribed antibiotics and some topical creams. It was really bad because the place I lived in was super humid and polluted and I had to wear a mask and it trapped a lot of moisture and pollution in my skin, and damaged the surface of it too. The acne medication kinda slowed down the acne but it was still there and still coming back. I have only recently found out I had fungal acne n I moved out of the country I was in where I had to wear a mask so now I don’t anymore but I am currently using clotrimazole on my face. I want to know how can I revive my skin from all the damage I had and if fungal acne will leave scars for long - thanks!!

Hi Maria. I have Folliculitis on my face, but a different type- Gram negative Folliculitis, caused by disrupted skinflora(too much gram negative bacteria). Can I starve the bacteria by zero carbs and sugar too or do I have to do something else? I am so frustrated, I have it for 2 years now but don't want to take accutane or antibiotics....
@AglaiaEstheticsTraining2 жыл бұрын
Hello Eev, If you have this bacterial infection, I would advice to take antibiotics to get rid of if and then you can heal your body with good eating habits and probiotics Gram-negative bacteria cause infections including pneumonia, bloodstream infections, wound or surgical site infections, and meningitis in healthcare settings. Gram-negative bacteria are resistant to multiple drugs and are increasingly resistant to most available antibiotics. So you need to get your doctor to give you the correct internal and external medication. I am sorry 😞 there is no other way to fight these microorganisms 🦠 Maria

@@AglaiaEstheticsTraining thanks a lot!!!! I am still unsure if it is really bacterial though! When I eat 0 sugar and 0 dairy, my skin is pretty clear with 1-3 pustules. When I drink milk, lets say 1 liter over 2 days, on the third day my whole face will be covered in small pustules that spread fast. Same with fruit, honey... So whatever I have on my face, it LOVES dairy and sugar.

I appreciate are you sharing all these things that you have done and I’m so sorry that you had a difficult time. So let’s go back to the basics. I would like you to have a very mild cleanser, spray your skin at least twice a day with water and apple cider vinegar a 50-50 solution if you find it to irritate you can dilute it a little bit more. And then on your skin just a very mild moisturizer something with squalene oil. Nothing else nothing irritating nothing to nourishing because you will feed the fungal.

About your diet, I would like you to stay away from all carbs, we’re talking about from pizza, pasta, breads, rice, fruit, beans, anything that when digested turns into sugar. You have to be off all sugars for at least six weeks then slowly you can re-introduce some sugars. However, you can eat a lot of vegetables all the greens that you can think of and also different meat such as salmon, chicken, turkey, red meat etc. I promise you if you follow this your skin will start to clear out in about two weeks. You will be tempted like crazy to have sugar or a doughnut or something that has processed foods but please if you want your skin to clear out you have to follow this. Let me know if you have any additional questions. Maria
