I love Chinatown! Grew up there... i think you guys hit up all the popular & cheap places. The only thing I would add to your list is... Egg Custard, Fish balls on a stick, Hongkong style steamed rice noodles (made on metal plates), dim sum, Rice casseroles.

Prosperity dumplings has closed down for the past 8 months. They were making dumplings outside in the back and there was a rat by them. But there is an Chinese restaurant on Grand Street that has some awesome dumplings.
