If you’re looking for something different to try, I 1,000% recommend Zabaglione. Very difficult to find even on Italian or French restaurant menus, where it originated. But it’s fairly easy to make at home. Just egg yolk, marsala wine, and sugar, whisked in a double boiler. Turns into a custard. You can thank me later.

1) Favorite ways to make eggs: I make a savory, slightly spicy tamagoyaki. I beat the eggs with salt, black pepper, and a little Tapatio hot sauce, then make the tamagoyaki in a lot of very thin layers. 2) Cool idea for eggs: hollandaise egg salad 3) Trendy next: Whatever is cheap and the world wants to ruin for us. Bacon was super cheap until it became trendy. Now I can't afford to buy it. I hope they don't ruin my 58 cents per dozen eggs.
