1 tazzina d'acqua 40 g circa
In forno preriscaldato ventilato a 180° per 10 minuti circa

In 1977 I was a chef at a steak house and we looking for the different appetizers and my grandmother used to make stuffed mushrooms just like that so one night I decided to put them on as an appetizer the mushrooms were half the size of the ones you're using and I put four on a plate I think we sold close to 75 orders that night they were a hit. But The funny thing we used to do steamed artichokes and one night I went ahead and I put stuffed artichokes on as an appetizer and I think I sold two 🤷everybody in America they love the steamed artichokes with the hollandaise sauce dip. Lol Americans have no taste👍😁
