Man was this episode in both sub and dub so satisfying. Arios and his band of arrogant pricks got served. A feisty yet sweet cat girl literally held back all but half her power against the hero’s party tank, gorgeous dragon girl outclassed the mage and priestess with just a snap of her fingers and Rein just shatters the pride of a so called hero.

It's glossed over by the power fantasy elements, but Rein's got serious self-confidence issues. He's LITERALLY reliant on his friends for everything, and even at the end of this arc, he still has a tendency to buckle under outside pressure. If the girls weren't there, he'd likely have been strong-armed back into the party. Not the sort of character, I imagine, most would willingly self-identify with.
