Even as a german I have to say that the knives from Maniago are TOP, like Fox, Lionsteel, Extrema Ratio! I own a lot of them and they all are fantastic!

Diderich Langmannen as a owner you should know it's "Extrema Ratio", not "Ultima".

I want to go to Italy one day. But not to go to Rome but to here, Maniago. I was in the 82nd Airborne division and I appreciate your military heritage knives. This is my KZbin channel and I’d love to do a video showing what you do so that people will have a better appreciation of what is done here b

Hello, Maniago... I am really, really pleased with my Maniago made EDC knife, the Spyderco Urban Leaf K390 sprint run 'Slip-it': the world's toughest little 1.90 ounce folder, perhaps? ...And, a new LionSteel T.R.E. G-10 model has just arrived at my house. So thanks once more, Maniago.

I got a fixed blade in Magnacut from Viper, which is based in Maniago. The attention to detail is top notch. Every part of the tang was beautifully crowned, the finish was excellent and it came with the best factory edge I've ever seen. All in a new steel for them. More than impressed.

Nice work being done, a village and company with strong roots to its history utilizing new technology to increase quality while not being swallowed by it. Also I have much respect for them because they still hand sharpen the blades.

I own and have carried an FS pattern knife with almost a V42 stiletto type blade/wooden handle made by these people it continues to serve very well and has remained beautiful I am teaching a fairbairn combatives course within our Hema guild these days and the reference piece that I often hand to folks is the Fox knife it never fails to inspire respect the quality is known immediately as they take it in hand. They should remain proud of the art they carry and know that it is necessary it will never cease to be of relevance their blades have reached across the sea and hold a good reputation I own many pieces this is the one I'd entrust with my life if called upon in dire circumstance.

Just lately I've purchased the Bastinelli Creations' model "Binome" manufactured by Fox, and isn't it a beautiful functional piece of art! We have Seki, Japan, the city of the blade, here but the quality and craftsmanship could surpass ours, perhaps. I've never handled such a sharp knife as the one I have with me.

War and relationships of governments of nations, is always made by political and money interests, not by friendship and loyalty. What happened then doesn't matter now, HISTORY!!!!
