When I was in elementary school, I made up a format of Bakugan for me and my friends, and they seemed to like it. Basically, you take turns either defending or attacking respectively each round. The defending player plays a Gate Card on the field and then places a Trap Bakugan on the center of the card, making sure it is facing their opponent. Then the attacking player rolls a regular Bakugan at the Gate Card. If it knocks the opposing Bakugan off the card and lands on the card, the attacker wins the card (Critical KO). If the defender is knocked off but the attacker doesn't stand, the defender resets their Trap and the attacker rerolls (Guard). If the attacker doesn't land on the card nor knocks the defender off, the defender gets the card (Critical Guard). If the attacker lands on the card with the defender, a battle ensues as normal, Ability Cards and all (G-Power Battle). if a Guard is performed 3 times in one round, the defender gets the card (Endurance Finish). Looking back, maybe I made defenders a bit too strong, and some Ability Cards just wouldn't work in the format, but me and my friends had a lot of fun with it as kids. 9:36 to 9:40 keeps on making me cry laughing. I hate so much that I'm leaving behind a Bakugan community in Texas I never got to meet since I'm moving to South Dakota. Just recently rediscovered the reboot after seeing Billiam cover it years ago, when I stumbled upon your videos. Who knows, maybe I meet people up there, or maybe I'll start my own channel or something to get something going over there. All I know is I love this series and want to see it grow, and I'm upset I forgot about it so long.

Would love to see more showdowns, especially using ultras👀 Though a small suggestion, maybe limit bakugan usage so you have to use all your bakugan before you can role the same one again, so if you roll Bakugan 1, you first have to roll 2 and 3 before you can roll bakugan 1 again Just like how it was in battle planet (? I think or it was just the video game) This would also make normal KO’s more influential as your opponent couldn’t just play the bakugan that was just KO’d

that's how my idea is, you can't roll until all 3 are used, it goes in a rotation of bakugan 1, 2, 3 and if any is on the field still than you skip them for the next bakugan, which only works if there are multiple players on each team, like a 2 v 2 or something

When he said “Bakugan brawl” while placing a gate card. He’s just mimicking the original anime. There’s so many errors, battlers would either say “gate card open” or “ability card activate” or “Bakugan Brawl” while actually placing a gate card. It’s soo weird.

Hi! Darkus master on Twitter, I was wondering for additional rules pertaining to the Geogan and bakugear if you considered having limited pieces being allowed for play, such as one geogan, or two bakugear. And if you chose said gear, or geogan, trade them for cores, or don’t? I know the least amount of game pieces and rules makes things easier but what if you either added the geogan power to only one brawl per game, but has to be swapped out with a Bakugan that you rolled and stood. Same for gear, can only be used once per game rather than multiple times and can only be placed on a Bakugan that has stood. Idk food for thought. I just don’t want anything from new Bakugan to be left out lol
