When a player defends hardens left side to stop him to drive to the rim the ball is in hardens right arm. If the defender reaches to his right mid body harden hooks the players arm with his left as he gathers the ball to his left hand going up for a shot. This apparently is a foul 🙄

Simple solution. If you are a ref, JUST WATCH THE DEFENDER. The offensive player will flop and react, confusing you. But if you watch the defender, YOU WILL SEE IF THEY ACTUALLY COMMITTED THE FOUL.

Like LITERALLY 90% of the shit Harden does is CLEARLY visible; it's like the refs have never before seen a basketball game at any level LET ALONE witnessed basketball movements....this dude steps back then jumps FORWARD so that the defender 1)gets called for a foul 2)simply has to let him take a uncontested three. Drives to the basket while grabbing/entangling the defender DIRECTLY in front of the ref and still gets foul calls, it's the craziest shit in all of sports... Then players get him a little room and he's a great shooter so he smacks it. Harden needs FT to average 40ppg, but he can average 29 ppg easily without going for calls. Amazing handles, finisher, and shooter. Nice footwork as well. He's slimy tho so it's hard sometimes to tell when he flops
