My all time favorite show. If you're a fan of this show like I am, Eden Sher (Who played Sue) and Brock (who played Brad) have a podcast rewatching all the episodes called "Middling". The fact this show and the actors weren't ever nominated for Emmys still blows my mind. I'm glad this show is on Peacock so it can be discovered by more people and get the recognition it should've received years ago.

It's what 'sells'. Since there's no shaming stuff like that anymore, it's all just competition to be the trashiest show possible. They don't focus on things like 'school competition' or 'getting detention' or 'going to prom', which were small enough issues that the focus was on the characters and writing.
