Gosh I’m sorry Tosh was canceled. I only recently remembered how to find two videos, showcasing the work of a friend that I know this audience would enjoy. One is titled “a twisted friends interpretation of my breakup with a nasty you know what”, and the other is “I’ll never love, I’ll never feel, I’ll never care again”. This buddy of mine has a very rare level of talent. We’d spend an afternoon, lifting weights, and talking about the antics of my son’s mother, an ex from a 10yr sentence. He’d then proceed to compose a song, later that night, or compile a “daily log”, during which he spoke as tho he was me, or my son, while voicing an incredibly humorous tangent. I used to have a dozen of these recordings, each better than the last. I managed to upload a few, by recording them from an old phone, There’s no image content, but the audio is priceless.

@@sog6841 Here's the Florida statute: 776.012 Use or threatened use of force in defense of person.- (1) A person is justified in using or threatening to use force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or herself or another against the other’s imminent use of unlawful force. A person who uses or threatens to use force in accordance with this subsection does not have a duty to retreat before using or threatening to use such force. (2) A person is justified in using or threatening to use deadly force if he or she reasonably believes that using or threatening to use such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony. A person who uses or threatens to use deadly force in accordance with this subsection does not have a duty to retreat and has the right to stand his or her ground if the person using or threatening to use the deadly force is not engaged in a criminal activity and is in a place where he or she has a right to be. I'm not sure you'd be reasonable in your belief of imminent death or great bodily harm. Especially if you pull your gun out and the guy is unarmed and didn't get your gun. You'd definitely be going to a jury with that question. You would probably be reasonable to threaten force but if he backs away at all, you're going to jail. There's actually case law on similar situations

Girls please listen to me! I have three daughters, two sons, and have been married twice. The first was my high school sweetheart,..doesn’t count. If a dude ever comes to your job and you are a trauma nurse and he thinks it’s ok to propose marriage as you are thinking he’s dying, run!! Run!! Did you hear me? Run! Fast and RUN! He is a certified lunitic and I will bet money if this couple in the video is still together she is as crazy as he is or she’s just past the point of caring about life period. There’s nothing romantic about making somebody who cares for you think you are dying.
