We learned that Noble DOSEN'T read the manga... He said "I'd like to see komi meow" she does. A lot. Very softly... Whenever she gets overly happy... The anime included her "Cat mode" but left out the meows... As for the meme... Komi could never be that agressive. I mean, she might TRY, but would get so embarrassed shed turn red, spout steam out her ears, panic, cry in that panic, and possibly pass out with swirly eyes... Basically being Adorable...
