Males do not go into heat, that’s a female characteristic. Simon will be constantly like this until neutered. He will be increasingly territorial and start marking. This is why most house cats are neutered.

Few other dog breeds other than goldies would tolerate, let alone entertain, the musings of another curious animal. Your cat is infinitely privileged to have Bailey as a companion and both have established a warm affection for each other that has gone well beyond friendship - they are family.

Simon is so desperate to win. He’s the littlest of the group, usually pushed around by his big doggo “brothers”, but he won’t give up. And Bailey is so sweet and patient, he just grins and bears it. At 3:50 Bailey’s look is like, “There’s a cat stuck to my head”
