Regular Mario, all the way! Movie Mario looks pretty cool. Paper Mario has the feels. Adorable, mischievous, childlike, happy, playful, cute, toonish, old-fashioned, warm, gentle, relaxing, calming, easing, loving, lovable, huggable, snuggable, kissable, playable, cuddly, snuggly, fun-loving, funny, simple, mighty, strong, resourceful, powerful, multi-dimensional even though with only 2 dimensions. Cool Mario aspects which also relate to the classic Mario.

Another bit of me overdoing a little post.... but, here you are! He would be like Dusty Rhodes in a world where Mario ever happens to decide to be a professional wrestler. A regular guy Nothing too special. A neighbor, a pal, a small-town man, an exciting, inspiring, loving, adoring, fun-loving, partying, sports-playing, kart-riding, typing-teaching, former hotel-managing, ... pasta-loving, virus-destroying, game-playing, friendly, silly, generous, dedicated, energetic, kind, nice, helpful, cheerful, playful, multi-talented, zany, adventurous, focused, happy, resilient, deep-thinking, loyal, honorable, respectable, lovable, adorable, likeable, memorable, dependable guy... who can give plenty of time, love, attention, focus, care, generosity, respect, honor, loyalty, power, and fun to his fans, family, friends, business, skill, body, talent, experience, mind, muscle, mischief, creativity, imagination, promos, moves, fashion, style, humor, and more.... while always remembering to take his family, friends, and closest people along to each spot, venue, pop, event, arena, trip, holiday, vacation, & more. Through some way, Mario just really seems to give off this aura of a guy who can just always somehow manage to rather successfully focus 100% of his mind, time, sight, happiness, heart, energy, emotion, & spirit upon each aspect of his life at the same time. With how often he brings the rest of his crew to his games, his loyalty, dedication, focus, etc show themselves quite easily. A mixture of Mick, John, Taker, Ric, Dusty, Andre, good Bray, and three other guys who truly equally love every aspect of their lives, (take out some of the obvious differences between any of the specific wrestlers and Mario "Jump-man" Mario. ... His entrance music? Random Mario Music depending on how he feels? His moves? The double-jump, the stomp, the jump, the spin, the tail wag, the momentary flight (Maybe not), the ground pound, the (not an actual) fireball, the (not an actual) invincibility (we wouldn't want him to be fully undefeated, unless we wanted to give him a Goldberg-like, Undertaker-ish streak), the (not actual, but maybe) statue transformation, the growth to double size (?). His taunts / catch-phrases / promos: Mix some famous wrestling-style stuff with some of his most famous phrases. You want some? Let's a-go! Looks like Mario's watch says it's just right about time, so here we go! That's how I do things here, and why? Because it's a-Me, it's a-me, yo, it's Mario! Start reading your manga, and eating your vegetables... (but stay off the mushrooms, ... all my big and little Mario Brothers and Sister's, and everyone else out there, in here, and everywhere else). Oh, yeah, Mean Geno! (Like Mean Gene, but Geno was a character from SUPER Mario RPG), Well, ya know I've got just the one thing to say for you right here. Do you have the right tools for these pipes when it gets right down to the work? Oh, yeah. Wrench it! (Instead of dig it)! Warp into a slim pipe! We'll, sometimes, a guy just has to throw everything right outta dare but da good kitchen sink, but make sure that you do have an extra one of those at the house, because you might need to throw that to. And if that's the case, I am the right man for the job. After all, I've got the pipes. We've got the nobs, and you know that we've got the right tools and hardware every time. Swing your hips from side to side, and I'll be there quicker than you can do my dance, because I'm Da main plumber, ... the best drummer, there's nobody funner, the coolest runner, the best established bun-bun this side of Easter Sunday, The One and only Mario! (That was a long one, but I was on a roll.) Do you la-la-la-like......how Mr. Mario is plumbing? Doctor Mario can fix your problem! His props would include flowers, stars, (candy, fake, stuffed, or otherwise non-drug) mushrooms, turnips, leaves, boots, shoes, caps, and hats. Also, toy / soft / rubber / plastic / small / PVC hammers, sledgehammers, & mallets. Plus, either small, plastic, fake, etc. Moons, sun's, coins, and other things he had collected. His costumes would range from his usual red & blue outfit, his red ( / orange) & white fire outfit,, his doctor's outfit, a glowing, sparkling,, shimmering,, shiny, uniform (like when he has an invincibility star), to any sports uniform, any costume from any Mario Party, and any suit from any of his truly countess adventures (most wide-ranging, Odyssey) His other forms / personas / versions / characters would happen to be Dr. Mario, Cat Mario, Racoon Mario, Yankovic Tanooki spell-corrected to Yankovic (and I would love to see AL dressed up as Mario, especially back when he had the wider face, the glasses, & the mustache), Tandoori Tanooki Mario, and any other Mario from his many games. His music could also include the music from his shows, cartoons, movies, and more. Just thinking about Mario as a professional wrestler seems funny, and comes from him being portrayed on television by the late, great, Captain Lou Albano.

While I feel that CP is no CM, and they could have gotten so many better people to play a Brooklyn Italian plumber created in Japan and modeled after an American building supervisor, [Pacino, Deniro, Pesci, Pine, even Devito or [if they really needed to use a Marvel guy], Cumberbatch would have been better, or Keaton [maybe not], or Brolin, Rourke, that guy who looks like Gosling, Diesel [nope], ... Daniel Stern, or maybe somebody who people think of as a gamer [twitch, yt, stream, TV, etc] ... maybe he does a pretty good Mario voice, and maybe Mario happens to be among his favorite characters, and/or who is so linked with Mario but has not gotten a chance to do a voice in a movie. It's not like CP is voicing Popeye, Mickey, Bugs, Fred Flintstone, or somebody who has been around since the 1960s and is even more of a mainstay than Mario. Plus, don't avoid the movie because of one voice, ... although him being the title character means his voice will be the main one, but they could have chosen worse. Carrot Top, Andy Dick, Marlon Wayans, Sean Wayans,, Sean Hayes, Jonah Hill, Chris Kattan, Jim Breuer, Guillermo Diaz, Steven Wright, Larry The Cable Guy, Michael Cera,, Ares Spears,, Kevin Hart,, Lavelle Crawford,, Louis CK. Adam Sandler, David Spade, Chris Rock, Kevin James, Rob Schneider, any of the Happy Madison regulars. And that's just a few. [By the way, not that they would actually agree to this choice, ... but who else would love to hear, as part of a major Nintendo commercial / cartoon / film, even just as a 3-minute cameo, Proton Jon as the voice of Waluigi, and maybe either Emille, Dan, Arin, or Michael Jones [or one of the RT guys] as Toad, and Tim as Yoshi, Emile as Daisy, Proton Jon as Rosalina, Emile as DK, the Dorkly / machinima / normal boots / etc guys as their connected characters voices... Somebody could make a CLEAN, FAMILY FRIENDLY, NEAT Mario cartoon / series / episodes for KZbin, ... getting the best YT voices for each character, and getting good writers, animators, producers, directors, FX artists, visual artists, audio people, editors, FX engineers, etc. That could work.
