@@TheAnn2shoes Actually, historically American presidents have had a hard time knowing the specifics of protocol around the Queen, things like not knowing whether to use Your Highness or Your Majesty, or whether or not they can touch her, that sort of thing. It's not that uncommon. I don't think they recieve instruction, or if they do, most presidents don't bother reading them.
